Description
Poetry Study and Writing Workshop

During the 19th century, poets were widely read and treated as celebrities. Writing about love, death, sexual longing and historical figures, they enabled a Victorian audience to make sense of complex and sometimes forbidden emotions. Channel your inner Elizabeth Barrett Browning, John Keats, Mary Wollstonecraft Shelly, Samuel Coleridge and Emily Dickinson as we interpret our contemporary world through the language of poetry. With author Cordelia Frances Biddle.
